How to use LogiField

Step-by-step guides for every role. Pick your section below or start the animated tour.

Sign in

Open the login page and choose the tab that matches your role.

  1. Staff tab — company admins and warehouse workers. Use your email and password.
  2. Driver tab — delivery drivers. Use your company code, vehicle plate number, and password.
  3. Customer tab — buyers tracking deliveries. Use the portal email your supplier gave you and your password.

After sign-in you are taken to the right screen: admin dashboard, warehouse mobile, driver mobile, or customer portal.

Super Admin — manage companies

Platform owner account. Sign in on the Staff tab.

Create a new company

  1. Sign in as super admin.
  2. Open Switch company in the sidebar (Manage Companies).
  3. Click Add Company.
  4. Enter the company name and optional code.
  5. Fill in the company admin account (name, email, password). This person signs in on the Staff tab.
  6. Click Create Company.

Manage an existing company

  1. Go to Manage Companies.
  2. Click Switch to this company to work inside that tenant.
  3. Use Disable company to block all logins for that tenant. Use Enable company to restore access.

Company Admin — first-time setup

Do these steps once when a new company goes live.

  1. Sign in on the Staff tab with your admin email and password.
  2. Add a warehouse — sidebar → Warehouses → add your depot (name, code, address, contact).
  3. Add products — sidebar → Hardware Catalog → add SKUs your team delivers (name, SKU, unit, low-stock alert).
  4. Add customers — sidebar → Customers → add delivery sites (name, code, address, contact).
  5. Add team members — sidebar → Team → add warehouse workers (Staff tab login) and drivers (vehicle plate login). Assign each worker/driver to a warehouse.
  6. Create customer portal logins — open a customer → create portal account. Give the customer their email and password for the Customer tab.

Day-to-day admin tasks

  • Dashboard — parcels, active transits, stock alerts, and charts.
  • All Transactions — stock movements, parcels, and activity log.
  • Pending Adjustments — approve or reject stock correction requests from warehouse staff.
  • Warehouses → View — see stock levels and batch details per warehouse.

Warehouse Worker — mobile app

Use a phone or tablet. Sign in on the Staff tab.

Receive incoming stock (parcel)

  1. Open Receive on the warehouse home screen.
  2. Tap New parcel.
  3. Enter supplier reference, select products, quantities, and expiry dates.
  4. Save — stock is added to your warehouse in batches.

Create and dispatch a transit

  1. Open TransitsCreate transit.
  2. Choose fulfillment: own driver (assign a driver) or courier (third-party).
  3. Add customer stops and line items from warehouse stock.
  4. When the lorry is loaded, tap Depart. Customers can now track the shipment.

Request a stock adjustment

  1. Open Adjustments → create a request (increase or decrease).
  2. Submit — an admin must approve it before stock changes.

Driver — mobile deliveries

Sign in on the Driver tab with your company code, plate number, and password.

  1. Open the app — you see transits assigned to you.
  2. Tap a transit to view each customer stop and items.
  3. When leaving for a stop, tap Out for delivery. The customer portal updates immediately.
  4. After handing over goods, tap Deliver to customer to complete that stop.
  5. Repeat for each stop until the transit is fully delivered.

Customer — track deliveries

Sign in on the Customer tab with the portal email from your supplier.

  1. Open the portal home — active and past deliveries are listed.
  2. Tap a delivery to see status, ETA, items, and tracking history.
  3. The timeline updates automatically every few seconds (no refresh needed).
  4. Statuses you may see: preparing → in transit → out for delivery → delivered.

Full delivery flow (everyone)

How one shipment moves from warehouse to customer.

  1. Admin sets up catalog, customers, warehouse, team.
  2. Warehouse receives supplier parcel → stock enters the warehouse.
  3. Warehouse creates a transit, adds items and stops, assigns a driver, and departs.
  4. Customer sees “in transit” on the portal.
  5. Driver taps “Out for delivery” → customer sees the update.
  6. Driver taps “Deliver to customer” → stop marked delivered, stock deducted.
  7. Customer sees “Delivered” with timestamp in tracking history.
  8. Admin can review movements on the dashboard and transaction log.
